1/18 scale wittmann display

What the hell is this supposed to be? Does anyone actually own one and would you post some better pics? This is the only reference i can find.

It looks like one dead UK infantry support tank (Churchill?)--probably representing his action at Villars-Bocage.

That has been kicking around for a time, I seen one at a hobby shop and passed on it as it looks not all that great to me. I think it is a least 3 or more years since that came out. I think that it is a crowwell.

its a shame as it would have made a nice display item if it had his tiger turret or something close. I'll pass on this one.

Yeah, it’s a Cromwell that’s been holed. I guess a 1:18 Tiger turret was just too big for the display size/price range they were shooting for. The turret on my 21st Century Tiger in that scale is 15 inches long from bustle to muzzle brake.

Poor taste if you ask me . Perhaps they'll consider Wittman's Tiger turret with the Firefly gunner who allegedly took him out - posed appropriately of course ... some charred human remains might add that distinctive finishing touch .
