Next tanks?

In the past, the Dragon 1/72 kits have been a good indication of what is coming in the Armour line. This is why both the Su-85 and Stug III were not a big surprise. However, this leads to the question, what Dragon Kits have not come out in the armour line yet? I can't think of any off hand. I was really caught off guard by how quickly the SU-85 went from a new kit to the armour line.

Re: Next tanks?

I expect to see a couple "Sherman M4A2 75mm, Tarawa USMC PTO" announcements any day now.

Re: Next tanks?

Don't worry, I think that dragon is trying to outmake the total number of shermans built during the war lol. Oh well lots to chose from

Re: Next tanks?

Well think of it this way, it'll be another addition to the oft neglected Pacific Theater. (Which so far only has a single entry, the assault tank from Okinawa.)

Re: Next tanks?

Still waiting on the M4A3E2. As for making more Shermans than actually produced. It sure beats the paper panzers they have done. The Maus for one.

Re: Next tanks?

T-34's and the Sherman are two tanks it would be impossible for them to beat the real tank number. Now Jagdtigers are a different story. I think there were only 77 of them. Dragon is quickly approaching that number now.

Re: Next tanks?

One 1/72 plastic kit they released but never came out in the Dragon Armor line unfortunately was the Bergpanzer Tiger.

Re: Next tanks?

And I'm willing to bet that there will not be any new modern armor any time soon.

Re: Next tanks?

I think we can expect this two regarding modern armor:

http://www.dragonmodelsusa.com/dmlus...sp?pid=DRA7318
http://www.dragonmodelsusa.com/dmlus...sp?pid=DRA7319

And there is also this one:

If we are patient I'm quite sure that we will have them early next year.
