This bird does indeed suffer from the dreaded Viagra prop hub. I'd take a clipper to it, but owww... the sympathetic pain...
The model's still very good though, IMHO.

Its nice, and I plan to get one. But its a Wildcat! Also, weren't these the same markings on the Wildcats in the History Channels Dogfight show Kamakazies?

As noted on another thread, this represents Dragon's feeble attempt to pass off an F4F-4 molding as an FM-2. Aside from the ridiculous Jimmy Durante propeller hub, the tail fin is too short. I bought one of these and gave it a "nose job", but it's difficult to deal with the tail so I call it an FM4F-3, which is probably more accurate.
