Re: Your #1 favorite Dragon

I have only four diecast but my fav DML one is the ME109G-2, STAIII/JG52 Grunherz model. love the way you can adjust the flaps and ruder and have either an open or closed canope. And the color scheme is very cool too.

Have to agree with you B24man .

I have to admit that the BBD P51D is mighty good lookin' and may even trump the 109 I pictured earlier .

Thumbs up Re: Your #1 favorite Dragon

Being old enough to remember all of WWII I'd have to vote for the
F4F-4 USS Yorktown, "White 23." If it wasn't for the Gruman "Iron Works" aircraft in the Pacific, we'd have been in deep doo-doo.

Re: Your #1 favorite Dragon

The P_51 line they did might be one of the best in that scale.

The BBD P-51 is really the chunk of metal that made me go from casually interested in this hobby to "bonkers" -- even if the anti-glare is the wrong shade of green

Re: Your #1 favorite Dragon

Yeah, I kind of like it, although I know it is wrong. Once again I think they may have used a warbird to study rather than the WWII pics. I have seen a few warbirds with this color for an anti glare panel.
