Why is it that witty wings and corgi both have the nazi flag on the tail of the plane for the german planes and dragon does not? Does not make any since to me. Are they scared they might make someone made or what? There planes are nice looking but they would look so much better with the flag on the tail!! So come on dragon!! Get it togther and do it !!!!

Some countries have laws which ban import or export of goods which depict certain symbols (such as the swstika), often based on some type of anti-hate crime statute. I think the laws are interpreted differently by different companies (or their counsel ) and they have different views of what they can or cannot do legally. It may also depend on where the company's goods are sold or marketed, and may also simply be a marketing or business decision (i.e., fear of alienating customers or retailers). There is no real way to know, of course, unless the manufacturer in question explains its rationale (similar to the way ebay explains its policies for disallowing the sale of certain items).

There is a move among some EU countries to enact laws making it a crime to deny the Holocaust, presumably expanding the laws against use of swastikas or other Nazi symbols. Our European forum members can probably offer more knowing commentary.
