Pics of Yellow 7 Dio

I've had my eye on this little number for months, literally. Kept looking but could never quite take the plunge, until today. Not bad and the base can, of course, be used for other birds. By the way, there are still a few fiddly bits to attach.

I also picked one up and it is nice.. Probably the best one (in my opinion) of the WWII sets..

What these sets just scream out for, in my opinion, are pre-made support vehicles (Jeeps, trucks, fuel bowsers, etc.). Sure wish somebody would sell packs with 2 or 3 of these kinds of ground vehicles.

That looks very nice, O.C. Tell ya what, if you pack it up and send it to me I'll start a thread telling everyone what a nice guy you are.

Re: Pics of Yellow 7 Dio

It would be nice if you could purchase the dioramas separately. That or make new issues with new aircraft as apposed to using previously released aircraft.

Hmmm, interesting proposition. So, will this thread be started by you in your own name or will you be using someone else's identity, like TH or TankNut or MoMo, or someone fictitious?

I agree CC. The only reason I decided to get this is because I did not have this particular Butcher Bird.

Dragon does put out some nice looking Fw 190s. I have eight of the Fw 190As and I would really like it if they put a few more out.

Re: Pics of Yellow 7 Dio

I grabbed one of the ME-262 dio bases when I found it for $15.00. I already owned the bird, but the base is so nice I was more than willing to drop $15.00 just for the base.

Yellow 7 is one of the FW-190's that I've had my eye on so seeing this with the base is just an added bonus for me.

Anything for a weird life.
