| Dragon Connies Hey folks, I need some feedback. I'm starting to see Dragon Constellations pop up on sale. I don't own any 1/400, but, well, its a Connie. How big are these (1/400 seems awfully small.) and are they worth the $15.00 that I'm seeing them advertised for? | |||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Connies I have the one called "Connie", just cuz I like Connies...They certainly are dinky at that scale alright (less than 4 inches in length and span)....It's not bad for 15 bucks ( I wouldn't give any more than that though) | |||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Connies Thanks sir. I appreciate your feedback, though I'm still a little stunned by the Corgi B-52 compliment. I'm wondering if you are feeling well. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Connies Ha!...I have to admit Corgi does put out a pretty nice BUFF (except for the 'Iraqi Freedom' one evidently) | |||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Connies
Why do you want to go so small when you could get a nice Connie 1/44 from Corgi? They do make a nice Connie. | ||||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Connies I've collected 1/400 scale civil aircraft far longer than I have larger scale military models and can tell you - if you're interested in a 1/400 scale 'Connie', look no further than the releases provided by AeroClassics. Here's a few shots of one of their models: ![]() ![]() ![]() Sorry, that's the only set of pictures I have on my server right now - nevertheless AeroClassics has released somewhere in the vicinity of 60 variants on this mould. | |||||||||||||
