| Dragon Me 262 Fiddly Bits I got my Dragon Me 262 in today. Very nice model. I am having trouble getting one of the wheels on, as has been the case with almost every Dragon Warbird I have. One of the holes doesn't line up, so, I have been "shaving" the insert with a file. Still haven't gotten it in. But, this is still a very good model. I guess I could solve the problem by leaving it "in flight." | |||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Me 262 Fiddly Bits Fortunately, I display about two-thirds of my planes in the wheels-up mode, so Dragon's main wheel issues aren't that big a problem for me. Lack of pilot figures, on the other hand, is a real turn-off with Dragon ( when I have time I insert pilots taken from kits ) and even worse was their decision to leave out the wheels-up option for the tail wheels on their FW-190A and D. That just didn't make sense. | |||||||||||||

| Re: Dragon Me 262 Fiddly Bits The main gear on my Dragon 262 fit fine, but I did have a little trouble getting the nose gear properly set in place. My problem with all of Dragon's German war birds is I have to put the fin-flash on myself. | |||||||||||||
