Some more Fw 190As photos

I recently added three more Dragon FW 190s to my collection and thought I would post some pictures. Planes added are Fw 190A-8 "Black 13", Fw 190A-5 "Black 13" and Fw 190A-3 "Black 1". Only one of the three had a major glich and that would be teh Fw 190A-3. It supposed to be and A-3, but fuselage and tail are of A-5 or later type. The Fw 190A-8 on the other hand was quite impressive. It does model out to a nice Fw 190A-8/R8 Ramjager configuration. I really liked the detail for addtional side armor coupled with side armor for the canopy too. Model would have been even better if Dragon had used the upper decking off of ther Fw 190A-7 "Red 23" on this one. In the future I will make an attempt to upgrade model by applying short cannon barrels for the outboard guns. Even with its discrepancies their Fw 190A-8 "Black 13" could possibly (Yes, in my opinion) be one of the nicer looking Fw 190As on the market.

Question Re: Some more Fw 190As photos

Very neat. So how do I know which one is the A8 and which is the A5?

It probably would have been best that I had labeled the pictures in the first place (Oops). Top photo has the Fw 190A-8 "Black 13" and the bottom photo has the Fw 190A-5 "Black 13" and Fw 190A-3 "Black 1".
