Re: dragon P-38

Hi, Starman... Can you confirm that for me? I just searched the TFM website and didn't find any Dragon P-38s. (Can you tell I'm anxious to see what they look like?) I did notice the Witty P-38 is in. Did I just miss the Dragon? Thanks!

Re: dragon P-38

ZS-VAN,
RE: Love them/Hate them - Certainly the diecast community has a love hate relationship with Dragon and anyone else. We all love having choice, hate having to pay so damn much and afraid we are missing out if we don't pay. Certainly a win/can't win scenerio.

I would think what is going to urk people the most is this line is being announced shortly after Corgi's line debuts. (Yes, I know it was announced by Dragon a few years ago. Then again, so was their Lord Is My Shepard P-51D. Vague, "We'll do something in the future," announcements from Dragon are not worth the paper they are printed on, or so seems to be the general consensus.)

Everyone, myself included, runs out a grabs one or more Corgi P-38s. Suddenly, we are offered more P-38's and strained budgets and display cases make for a stressful time.

Sure, we could be patient and wait. However, given the tenure on the forum, that is NOT going to happen. (At least it hasn't happened in my airforce, I don't see why anyone else would follow suit. )

Anything for a weird life.
