Both are looking real good. Can't wait till they hit the shelves. Now bring on that new Hellcat!!

On that same link you can also see pictures of the new Spitfire and Hellcat. Interestingly, the F6F-3 “White 00” is not in the same scheme they previewed, but instead a three-tone bird with red-outlined roundel. Hmm...

Re: Pics of Dragon's new P-51B and P-40!!

I hope Dragon will produce other worthy schemes for this a/c and not those redundant liveries that have already been made by Corgi and Gemini!

Should be plenty to choose from here:

I have this poster--framed--as you do, on the wall behind me. Note the duplication of fighter groups?

I love the poster; I want a picture and a model from every different fighter group, or recon group; that has not been happening. I have many Mustang books and articles; there are so many more fighters that could be made--and colorful and unique, as can be seen on the poster.

My collection now lacks representation from 19 different USAAF groups--and look at Mule's offering of Mustangs in 1:48 from Franklin Mint, for some Allied planes. I guess I will not be able to collect them all unless the companies make more--or I buy more 1:48 to complete my "collection."

Thanks for posting the poster for all to see.

I have to say that Dragon's P-51 looks pretty nice. While I'm also excited about the P-40, their display model looks a little "flat", for lack of a better term, to me. (Not that I won't get it. After all, its a P-40......)

Anything for a weird life.

I can always find a good home for a new P40, especially a Dragon. Could I have number 1 off the production line please Mr Dragon?

Hmmm. Have you noticed that the P-51B doesn't have an antenna?
