Talking The Lord is my Shepard

I was kicking the weeds (toy aisles) at the local Wal-Mart in Hardeville, SC, YES, HARDEVILLE, SC, when I came across a Dragon box containing a model of a P-51D that's not supposed to exist: "The Lord is my Shepard." I could hardly believe it, but there it was. The box looks well traveled, but the model itself appears never to have left home. It's truly a beautiful model and for $10.98 a great buy. Sorry, but I only found one and it's not for sale.

Re: The Lord is my Shepard

I'm sorry, but what's the big deal with this Mustang? Seen pictures and it's so gawdy that it's ugly. Blue and pick diamonds on the nose - c'mon. People are griping about Corgi's "Stud" P-40 being too garish, so what makes this one different? Personally I'm not sorry it's been cancelled. There are many more schemes Dragon could have done, but it seems to me that they are focusing their future efforts on "B" versions. A three way battle between Dragon, Gemini, and Corgi appears to be in the offing.
