The darling wife while dusting broke the props to Glamorous Glennis. I contacted DC and have a replacement enroute, but for a $5.00 shipping fee. This is the first time I've had to pay for a replacement. I'm guessing/hoping its due to the particular model being OOP. Then again, they may be sending me one from the "Nookie Bookie" line. Still I cannot complain.

I've received a couple of parts and never been charged -- and always kind of marvelled at that... I expected to at least pay S&H but was never asked. I guess the party's over, but at least they were responsive to your dilemma...

I asked for a replacement F4U antenna a few months ago, and paid for S&H. I guess I can't really complain, but it's not outstanding customer service.

In the past I tried getting a Bf109G prop and Fw190D-9 cannon from Dragon. Contacted them more than once. Still no response.

My experience with Draggin "Care" was nothing short of terrible. But it sounds as if the US-based people are more efficient. It's a pity those of us not in North America still have to deal with the crowd in Hong Kong .
