Re: Regular release Warbirds w/ dio bases...

That's the critical point----are they re-packaged, or new manufacture? VFA-2 is my most-wanted Super Hornet, but both Witty and Dragon made theirs before they corrected the molds. If the "diorama" VFA-2 is made with the new mold, it'll be an amazing release and I'll buy one in an instant. If not---what's the point? Just about everybody knows about the "speedbrake" issue on the older Dragon Shornets----if the old ones didn't sell because of it, adding a carboard deck won't help.

Yeah, it doesn't say its a cyber hobby releases.

Ooopppsss.. I didn't see that these were regular releases, mostly because the dio stuff had always been Cyber-robme in the past.. My bad......

I might pick up that fw-190 as it is one I never bought to begin with, but I'll get it mostly for the rivetment base..

Re: Regular release Warbirds w/ dio bases...

From the pictures I think the Carrier Deck with the re-issued Super hornets is much better quality than the card stock display base which is included with the re-issued F-14D VX-9 Vampires w/Crew.

This set is perfectly timed because I have been looking at getting another two seat Super Bug but I will really be getting it to use with my cat shot CW VF-84 F-14A.

Think I'll pick one up for the same reason -- I like that hornet and I'd like the dio for my CW Tom.

Yeah -- it also looks a bit whacky to have that dio with the Hornet and no pilots! Silly Dragon...

Re: Regular release Warbirds w/ dio bases...

Maybe the pilot needed to take a leek and told the take off crew to hold up till he got back

Question Re: Regular release Warbirds w/ dio bases...

What's up with that German base. Was it a maintenance ramp?
