Less than week with Dragon Cares

It only took a week between e-mails and a phone call to get my Glamorous Glennis replacement parts.
The hardest part was getting the woman on Tuesday to understand that I wanted to get replacement parts and not purchase the discontinued model. After that, the parts where at my house saturday.
So that is two for two with them. I can't complain.

Same here! I'm also two for two when dealing with the very nice Dragon Lady.

Unhappy Re: Less than week with Dragon Cares

I am not so lucky. I wrote to Dragon Care back in July to request for replacement for a broken sidewinder and a nose gear for my F/A-18F and I am still waiting for them to arrive. The contact person is Ronald and I believe he is based in HK.

Re: Less than week with Dragon Cares

Sorry guys, I didn't think to.keep the number. I just used the main Dragon site for Dragon Cares, then they gave me a number in California to call. If I can find it i'll let you know.

You might want to ask for Ryan at Dragon USA in Southern Calif he has been a big help in the past for me.

Agree totally with your comment. My experiences with Draggin"care" in HK have been terrible - I have never experienced such bad customer service anywhere previously or since!

Angry Re: Less than week with Dragon Cares

I just received the replacement part yesterday in the mailbox. I have requested for a replacement for the AIM-9 missile that comes with my F/A-18F as the fin tips were broken when I bought the model. Unfortunately, the replacement part was sent using a normal envelope and I ended up with another sidewinder with two missing fin tips. Wrote to Dragon Care but not sure if they will entertain or if I need to wait for another 4 months...
