Dragon USA question

OK so this weekend I received an e-mail talking about saving money with online purchases etc.. etc.. from Dragon USA. They listed the newer Hellcat as a option but made no mention of it being a pre-order.
Does this mean that those with an account get first pickins or am I wishfully thinking?

You would just be inline to get it when it comes out.. The Sale is that you get a percentage off if you spend over $100.00, I guess it doesn't matter when the item comes in..

Well I had to pass as I've broke my limit this month ordering. I'm finally getting the Kansas Tornado, Five by Five, Lanowski P-47, Mah Baby, and the Essex Corsair from Dragon.
