Your #1 least favorite Dragon

Without a doubt... Jolly Rogers F/A-18

Awful brake and landing struts!!

And... Levine Spit--I hate that painted on chin scoop (why the hell wasn't it recessed) and the seam along the nose.

Re: Your #1 least favorite Dragon

Kansas Tornado II. It was talked up far too much, and fell far short of my expectations, much like another well-hyped P-47, Corgi's No Guts, No Glory. The lack of any real colour in either subject is what I find the most disappointing.

Re: Your #1 least favorite Dragon

For me it was their Jolly Rogers F14 Tomcat - the worst quality control and fit/finish issues I have ever had the misfortune to see on any piece of diecast - an absolute disgrace for what could have been a great example of one of the finest aircraft of all times!

Re: Your #1 least favorite Dragon

I'm looking at all of my Draggins and have to honestly say I can't condemn a single one of them to "least favorite" status....but then again I don't own any of their F-14s, and after all the negative publicity I've been reading about them on this place, I prob'ly never will..Thank goodness they never released the VF-41 Black Aces Tomcat or I guess I would have something to add to this thread....

I luv my Draggins all....

The folding wing Corsair..........Only because it was such a pain to make the wings stay in place and line up correctly. Now it is done, well it no longer my least favorite....Don't have one yet.

Re: Your #1 least favorite Dragon

Don't have one. I like the some assembly required part and I think the 109g, Mustang, Thunderbolt are outstanding. For Spits, I stick to other mans. except the clipped wing w/ stripes which is beautiful. No DRW F-14s in my collection but I had one and got rid of it in favor of the Revell. Overall, I give my Dragon collection an 8.5+ and am very pleased.

Re: Your #1 least favorite Dragon

I will have to agree with Skunky and Parsig - I don't have a least favorite one. They all look pretty good to me, although I must admit I am not a "rivet counter" type guy!

Re: Your #1 least favorite Dragon

I know this has been beaten to death but the one's without the swastikas bother me. I've added some decals that I ordered from the squadron shop and applied them; but they came out gray instead of black. All my German airplanes will be corgi from now on. The is why I bought the Corgi ME 262 and will not look at dragon. There stuff overall is great though.
