Sure -- they had to sandblast all the lead paint off and repaint 'em...

Hello LeeG,

I'm also interested in those two models, the P-40 is still looking good.
But received a message from my "Local" diecast shop (AviationMegastore
next to Schiphol/Amsterdam Airport) that the P-51B is "discontinued".

Hopefully they have the wrong information............
Regards, Ramon.

Now that would be a dumb move on thier part. They looked to be the only one to give GA a run for thier money.

Or a very smart move...it would be hard to compete with the Geminis! They should concentrate on models that have not been made yet.

Re: Wheres the P-40 ?

What was I thinking, of course we need more paper planes the Germans dreamed up but never made or were never produced in enough numbers. A Me262 Luftansa version is definately needed.

I hate to be a PITA but...I think I'm missing something here again - sorry! What?

Re: Wheres the P-40 ?

You said they need to concentrate on models not done. I said yeah like the Me 262 Lufthansa version. Ya know, being silly.

Re: Wheres the P-40 ?

Oh - we need a P-40B before we need another P-51B! Right? I bet Jim would agree!
