Re: Dragon B-17

Does anyone know if they have plans to venture into the 1:72 line with their bombers? Or is it too early to tell?

I think they will eventually, though I won't hold my breath.

The nose looks crappy don't it?

I'm not buying anything 1/144 and in 1/72 they would have to either be significantly cheaper or better than Corgi's.

Don't you mean CORGI screwed up the nose of their 1:144 model of a B 29? The nose of the Draggin' B 29 looks fine.

Sorry, I know we're talking B 17, but I thought you were referring to their B 29. Is there a pre pro or a previous B 17 they've made?

Re: Dragon B-17

My wife just gave me a Corgi "Mount 'N' Ride" for x-mas. Really like the plane. But considering all the historic photos of battle damaged forts, you would think somebody would do one. Maybe making a one off mold just isn't cost effective?
