A Yugoslavian BF-109E Joins My Collection

For several days in April 1941 Yugoslavian BF-109Es fought it out with their Luftwaffe counterparts over Belgrade.

Another neat paint scheme. If only Corgi would do some of their Bf 109Es in some of these lesser known paint schemes.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Very true, General. Witty or Easy Models would be the most likely candidates to release this scheme; both companies have proven to be pretty adventurous in that regard.

So true. I picked up a couple of the Easy Model Hungarian Bf 109s and still need to get their Croation and Hungarian 109s. Shame that most of the larger companies do not make some of these neater looking paint schemes.
