Looking for a couple of SC 250 type bombs,and if possible,a late war cylindrical drop tank,in 1:48,to equip one of my C1 Doras and/or display with them on their field setting. Or possibly could someone give me brand/stock # for plastic or resin aftermarket bits?? I've discovered that its easy to remove the droptank from the mounting part supplied with the both the Dora 9 and 13,and I'd like to try something different yet not harm the model itself. Please nothing with foto-etch. I'll be glad to offer replacement gun barrels for the Doras that I have made , in trade,or I'll buy the bits I want outright.........Many Thanks!!

Have you tried Squadron? They have a 250Kg Bomb Set by SOL Korea that includes bombs and crates. Only drop tanks I found were from a Verlinden Me 109 Underwing Stores that included 5 different style drop tanks, 2 sets underwing MG151/20 cannon pods (1 open, 1 closed), 2 sets rocket tubes, 3 different styles drop tank/bomb racks, 3 styles bombs. Photo-etched ammo belts, hardware & template. Hope this helps. Roberts Models used to make resin bombs and drop tanks a few years back, but not as nice as the Verlinden products and not sure if they are still in business. I have some of their drop tanks and Wfgr 21 rocket pods in 1/48th scale.

Hey,C.C. The SOL offerings from Squadron look good,Verlinden and I have not done well together,their stuff disappointed me several times in the past re. fit and often fictional shapes and detail back when I could model. I tossed out this request in case someone might want to clear out their spares box first. I'll probably go the SOL route if no responses appear. I like the sledge for display and Squadron is a fine retailer,IMO.
