Cool Re: Some Russian Fighter Redos

Very cool Epapazian. I really like your Russian birds! If only they'd do more in diecast.

I can't understand why there's not much support for the Yak 3 in the HM First Two Soviet Aircraft thread.

Re: Some Russian Fighter Redos

Great looking work and I really like the looks of the Spanish Civil War I-16. (I-15 too)

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Re: Some Russian Fighter Redos

I like that Yak with the #56....Why is that they did not use the Red stars on the wings ?

Since insignias tended to be slightly glossier, they may have been trying to make their planes less conspicuous when seen from above.
