Corgi Warbirds Mustang Conversion

I really liked the paint job on this one but wanted to display it gear down...

One Warbirds Mustang from brick and morter local store,........... $17.99
Careful disection work with an exacto knife, ........ an ounce of patience
Left over landing Gear from another plane ............Free
A couple of dabs of paint and a prepainted figures from Brother...Free

Where did you get the prepainted pilot figure? We need more of those. Nice job by the way.

The pilot figure is a Hasegawa 1/72 figure I bought and my brother (Flyboy) painted for me. I had to cut off the legs and trim the arms to get him in the cockpit. The figures on the ground are Airfix figures that my brother painted also.
