Just curious if any members have purchased any of the display bases put out by Just Plane Stuff? They have some nice looking carrier decking and some land hard stands, but just curious if any of this sites members have tried their products.

Picture of their Japanese carrier flight deck.

I have the 1/48 scale modern carrier deck. You can see it under my collection threat. An F-8 is sitting on it.

Problem is that you have to paint the deck yourself.

The printed cardboard decks from Verlinden are better I heard. Never seen one myself though.

Thank you for the information on these display bases. I might try picking up one of there 1/72nd Luftwaffe hard stands. Carrier deck might be a bit of a chore to do up right.
