2nd guess is Sea Hornet.

Damn, that's what I was going to say!
2nd guess is Sea Hornet.

Your second guess may not be to far off the mark by the looks of the stabilizer position. I do like the looks of the Westland Welkin though.

Yes, but look at his tailplanes. They slant upwards, which eliminates the ME-262A also. Hmmm!

Welkin was a neat looking plane. DH would need to lengthen wings and show Merlin engines.
Since he likes naval aviation, I'll go with Sea Hornet.

Bang on............!! A few issues to resolve............
1. Converting Alisons to Merlins
2. The nose is too large!!

Any suggestions please
