Stopped into a TM the other day to see what they had, and lo and behold I found a P-51 with no box missing its main landing gear and 3 of its 4 propellor blades.

I took it to the manager, showed it to him and said since it was basically trash, asked if he would sell it to me for $1.00. He said sure.

So, now I have a plane to practice doing some weathering to, but the best part was I was able to take out the pilot, add a little paint to him, and now have a semi decent pilot for my F4F in its flight configuration. Also got a decent stand out of it, as well as an extra canopy if I ever need them.

As the saying goes, you will never know what you will find in a TM.
