| I'm planning on buying some buildings to use as background for photographs of my 1:72 collection. I'm now a buyer, not a builder, and I know I can get plastic model buildings usually used on train displays. Problem: What scale "G", "N", ":HO" or "O/O27" would work best? All suggestions happily accepted. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. ![]() | |||||||||||||

| Re: 1:72 scale buildings HO scale buildings will be noticeably smaller than your 1/72 tanks but are very popular and easily available. OO scale is very close to 1/72 scale but the range of buildings is limited. Conflix also makes similar items which you would want "25mm" that best fits with 1/72 scale. HO scale = 1/87 00 scale = 1/76 | |||||||||||||

Thanks, Legio. I knew someone out there would know the equivalent scale. Somewhere in the basement I have a boxful of OO buildings that I can repaint and modify just a bit. It pays to ask on this site. | ||||||||||||||
