| I applied swasis to my IXO ME Bf 110 and they really improve the model. However, being one never to leave well enough alone, I applied a thin coat of Microscale "Micro Flat" to take the gloss off the swasi decals. BIG MISTAKE The outside starboard & port rudders now have a glossier finish than the original IXO model. If this is what Microscale Industries cnsiders "flat", I'd hate to think what their idea of gloss means. It's fixable with some Testor's dullcoat, but it's just one more instance where the manufacturer doesn't know its elbows from first base. Anyone else run across this problem when using Micro Flat? | |||||||||||||

| Re: Micro Flat I remember reading about problems with Micro Flat in Fine Scale Modeler, back when I had time to build models, so I've never used it. I'm sorry to hear of your misfortune. | |||||||||||||
