My First Corgi Tank

I got hooked on Corgi products ever since I was a kid back in the late 70's & 80's. I was just searching Ebay and came across one of my first Corgi's ever - this M-60 tank. I really enjoyed this model. I recall I bought it on a family trip to Disney World or something like that. I took it on numerous family vacations...staged many a beach invasion with it. Enjoyed it for years. Who would've thought that in my early 30's, I'd have dozens of these things (corgis)...enjoying them every bit as much as I did then. With the added pleasure of sharing the hobby with my 3 year old son.

Re: My First Corgi Tank

So Mr F.. Is this tank you found on Ebay ACTUALLY the same one you had?? Or is it a duplicate?? (reminds me of the ebay commercial where the guy finds the boat he lost as a child).
It is amazing how far diecast have come in a few years..

Re: My First Corgi Tank

I had this one too Mr F. Had the Tiger, Centurion, German half track, 88mm, Saladin, British 3 pc desert gun tractor and howitzer, and some other stuff too. Good times! So the Corgi's you have now - are they the old 70's/80's toys or current releases? Love to see pics if it's the old stuff!

Re: My First Corgi Tank

But does it still shoot the little red plastic ammo that it once came with?
