Re: Corgi v. HobbyMaster Armor

I've grown to really like the Corgi line. I love the size, I love the metallic heft and sturdiness. Personal favorites are the Shermans and the SS Panther, along with the Legends Wittman Tiger.

Good stuff.

Corgi Tiger's

Thanks for the reply, I started collecting 1/32nd scale, but learned fast it was a "bit" to big for display, etc. I like the look of the Corgi's and the "Kurt Sowa" #222 will be my first. I will probably try to pick up a Thunderbolt Sherman next.. are there any figures in this scale to place with the armor ?
The HobbyMaster 1/48th series looks good too...

Thanks for your help

Corgi Display Box

Could anyone tell me what type of display packaging the Corgi legend series (S-05 Michael Wittmann) come in ? (it looks like a diorama base).. and does anyone know if Corgi will release a T-34/85 in "Russian" livery vs N. Korean ?

Squarish plastic dome over a cardbard diorama base with track marks printed on base, if that makes sense.

The D-day 007 Wittmann is a beauty as well.....
