Re: AA36901 Ju-52 with floats is Here

I am lost for words to describe Corgi/Hornbys business plan, surely with these types of product good comms with their collectors is a must.
They should have a collectors club and devote some knowledgeable person to run the club.
Heck its not rocket science just good business practise and would repay them with greatly increased sales and brand loyalty, of that I am certain.

I am wrong?

No, I think your spot on!

It sure would be nice if the folks at Corgi/Hornby took and interest in their customers inputs and feedback. Still no reply from the folks at Corgi, in the past I have actually received some return messages from them, must be a new Hornby inovation.

NEWS FLASH!!!!!! Have yet to receive a response from the UK side of Corgi, but did receive a response form the USA Corgi point of contact (It was forwarded to my junk folder). At least this is a thumbs up for the USA Corgi folks, nice to have some sort of response.

I have received similar responses to previous inquiries and never heard anything after that.

At least you got a response, CC. Even though I have bought well over 300 Corgi models, I still don't rate a reply.
