Re: Tokens.. Redeemed Yes or No??

I plan on sending in my tokens if I ever manage to accumulate 6. Right now I only have 1 from California Cutie.

Re: Tokens.. Redeemed Yes or No??

Speaking of tokens, does anyone have a suggestion on which Blue Token (WWII) aircraft I can pick up right now that's decent? I only need one more to redeem and I already have the Lister Ju88A, N. Africa Lysander, Bob's Robin P-40 and 2 California Cutie P-38's. I'm not blown away by any of the remaining already released Blue Token aircraft from the photos that I've seen. So if any of you have any of the other 2007 WWII releases that you think are nice and can recommend, I'd really appreciate the input. Thanks!

I just picked up the PRU Mosquito and if you don't already have it, I would highly recommend the Galland Bf-109E..

I also have the Galland 109 and am confident you would not be disappointed with it.

Re: Tokens.. Redeemed Yes or No??

Just one short at the moment for the Halifax, but that will soon be fixed. Who cares if its gold or a crappy scheme, its "free" kind of. If you don't like it, do a mod and make it what you wish. I know some of you won't dare do this because its a"collectible" but I don't collect for the investment, I collect because I've always loved aircraft from the war years.

Thanks for the input hworth, Old Crow and Pappy! I will definately look at the Galland 109. Pappy, I've got a whole gaggle of Dragon's P-47's. Is the Corgi offering comparable?

I sent my 6 tokens in to Corgi back in early and got a letter back from them in late May. So I will get a Lancaster. I have 1 EXTRA BLUE TOKEN that I would sell for $5.00 if anyone is interested, that is a steal.

Thanks for all the emails and I wish I had extra tokens for you all. SOLD to the first email which was hworth18. Thanks Harry!

Re: Tokens.. Redeemed Yes or No??

Anyone have a link/list of all the WWII models that come with the tokens for this bird?

I have two, but thought I'd have four -- then the 2006 releases that slipped to 07 that I bought showed up in the old packaging... grrrr....

Not sure I'll go for the Halifax, but you guys are making me want to -- shame on you!
