Just how many Corgi Aircraft do you have in your Collection?

Using Tricatus last night I tried getting an idea as to how many Corgi aircraft I have in my collection. Given the controversy around delays, prices increases and now PC issues around the swastika, I thought it would be interesting to see the level of commitment we've had to Corgi. While most of my collection is WWII 1/72, I have modern 1/72s, both in 1/144s, 1/32 and 1/48 choppers. In the past I've see post with members having in excess of 1000 models, that's before Gemini Aces, Hobby Master and the like. I have about 140 Corgi models.

I have 88 at the moment. With the pre-orders - if they get released - I'll have more than 100.

No other manufacturer is as well-represented in my collection as Corgi is.

Well yes, I believe you. I've seen your bulk buying! Impressive, especially being newly wed.

Corgi is definitely the backbone of my collection too with 258 of my 391 aircraft being from that manufacturer - & 1/144, 1/72, 1/48 & 1/32 scales are all represented.

I have 7 new Corgi releases on pre-order.

Take it out and play with it

Re: Just how many Corgi Aircraft do you have in your Collection?

I have 174 models (a bit more as Wings900 does not list all models), 135 of these are Corgi. 45 are German and 37 of these are Corgi's.

Can we try with real bullets now?

Re: Just how many Corgi Aircraft do you have in your Collection?

I have about 250 corgi's now and about 60 CW, Hobbymaster, Witty, Dragon, Altaya, Armour and Gemini.
Last time I counted I was well below 150.......which reminds me that I have to cut down on spending money on diecast...

By the way..thanks for this poll....while counting I rescued a P-51 that was about to crash!

Re: Just how many Corgi Aircraft do you have in your Collection?

I have a small collection - 128 models at last count. Of these, Corgi represents a majority of them with 42 models. Matchbox comes next, followed by Dragon, HobbyMaster and Gemini. The Corgi number is going down as I've sold a dozen WWII fighters off over the past year and am selling off a few more. These planes are being replaced by HobbyMaster and Dragon planes I'm more interested in getting. My Corgi buying is pretty much focused on some of the older planes and an occaisional USAAF bomber if the price is right. I'm really not into the British or German stuff and I've got P-40s up the ying yang so they really have not made anything the past couple of years that I'm interested in nor willing to pay their exuberant prices for. Basically, Corgi's products are way above my means.

I also have Hobby Master, Dragon, Gemini Aces, IXO, FOV, Matchbox, Witty, Armour, Carousal 1, Eagles International and GMP in my collection. Since I've joined the forums lots of new brands were sampled along with changes in scales. I'd have to count to be sure.

Re: Just how many Corgi Aircraft do you have in your Collection?

I have around 121 aircraft, of which 33 are Corgi. I also have Hobby Master, Dragon (1), Gemini Aces, IXO, FOV, Matchbox, Carousal, GMP (1), 21st Century, and, lastly, two Maisto that arguably started it all!

Oh, almost forgot, I also have Model Power.
