Exactly. If Corgi isn't interested in playing ball, Hobby Master certainly is.

You should see the discussion over at DAF! I've never seen that forum as active and angry as it is right now.

Re: Hornby: no swastikas on new releases

Anybody have a link to an e-mail site for Hornby where we can complain and let them know how their possible customers feel?

Re: Hornby: no swastikas on new releases

Not sure but isn't this something that is just unavoidable for Hornby/Corgi? As a UK based company, I'm assuming they simply want to avoid any commotion.

I don't see how...Corgi has done these for years without too much fuss......Sounds like the new owners may have something against it more then anything.

Re: Hornby: no swastikas on new releases

I was looking forward to the ME110 release however now we've been hit with a 1,2 punch- Inaccurate, higher priced models. I have ALWAYS been a Corgi Fanboy due to the fact they went the extra mile to include politically accurate models. This is disappointing news.

*off to cancel pre-order for the Corgi Pig (me110)*

Re: Hornby: no swastikas on new releases

Delayed production schedules, price increases, & now the intrusion of political correctness.....things always happen in three's.

One thing I know for sure is that I will not be shelling out $120 + shipping for a JU-88 that is not accurate. I'm happy to wait a year or two and grab one when they hit the bargain bins...
