If the 2007 catalog contains a P-51B, I'd say it's a sure bet that FM will be doing Shangri-La as a FM exclusive. It just doesn't make sense for him to have already done his Spit and T-bolt if he wasn't planning to or didn't already have the deal for his most famos plane.
