Pappy we are all AIRPLANE DORKs, otherwise we wouldn't be in this addictive hobby. I'm quite sure the Graf would sell well since a lot of people clamor about it. It is one of the few that I would be willing to pay full MSRP for.[/quote]

Some of you are just higher ranking DORK's than others.

I kind of prefer diecast or aircraft geek. Has a nicer ring to it.

Brewster Buffalo, Hawk 75A, Fokker D.XXI, Polikarpov I-16, Fiat G.50, Macchi C. 200, PZL P.11c, Fieseler Fi 156 Storch ,,,, now those are real planes.

Re: 1/32 Spit...good deal or no???

I got this thing in the mail the other day, and I am reasonably impressed with it...it fills a gap, and I now finally have a 1/32 Spit in the collection to go along with my other 1/32's. The prop wiggles a little bit, the pilot looks ridiculous, and the plane cannot sit on its landing gear, but I much prefer the $77 that I paid to the $310 (that's not a typo!!!) that I saw a 1/32 Spit go for on Ebay the other day. Besides, the way the underside is painted in the split black and white scheme looks AWESOME. I'll post some pics of it if I get a minute.

I get called a sad old poop, and thats by my so called friends!!!!

Lorraine just shakes her head, sighs and says, boys and toys.

But do I care, Nooooooooooooooo Waaaaaaaaaaaaay!

I love this hobby, heck I don't drink ,gamble, chase other women (not sure what i would do if I caught one) or smoke.
Hmmm, does that make me a boring old poop as well?

Back on topic, at $77 for a 1/32 Spitfire you have to say that you got a real bargain, have you seen what those sell for on UK ebay!!!!!!
Those beauties are too rich for me.

God Bless America.
