All I can say is that it was there when I posted. I gave the heads up, I there's some out there who still wanted one. Clearly that baby is a really hot potato.

Re: Corgi AA32609 Grand Slam Lancaster

I am looking forward to getting mine on Friday as I have been trying to get one for a decent price for a few years now.

Me too, Harry -- should be on the doorstep tomorrow!

Oh-oh, Mrs. Pappy's home all day, too..

Re: Corgi AA32609 Grand Slam Lancaster

I received my Grand Slam Lancaster today and it is a beautiful piece of diecast - camo. is superb .

Only gripe I have is with the props - they are not fitted as well as they could (& should) be. Two are 'unbalanced' and one doesn't spin freely - not serious, though it is a little disappointing as the rest of the model is virtually perfect.

(Anyone else experience prop issues with the Corgi Lancs - the weakest point on an otherwise fine model?)

I received mine today also and it is truly a great plane. I am so glad I was able to pick one up at such a reasonable price. I seem to have the prop issue also, but mine isn't that bad.

I just checked mine since you guys are pointing it out and engine 3 prop is a little tighter fit then the others but still spins ok.
