Re: 2008 Corgi Release Schedule

Same here, I would like to see Corgi's Aviation Archive be a success. Corgi has put out some pretty impressive aircraft in that line, and would like to see a few more. I will alos be snapping that latest P-40 up when it comes out.

I believe I shall wait for this P-40 to come out and make it my first, Jim will be proud.

Did I read something above mentioning the release of the checkerboard Fw190? I hope that is true as I was rather dismayed when they cancelled that one (along with the Graf 1/32 109 too!).

Last I saw of the Fw 190 with the checkerboard cowling was it being cancelled. It would sure be nice if they went ahead and put that one out.

Aw come on, you can't possibly wait that long.

Bag a Tex Hill to start your collection, heck theres so many of these beautiful old girls to collect, cheap prices too.

God Bless America.

I am going to try something a little easier. Just need two more Gloster Gladiators to complete that selection of planes. Not is impressive as the 1/32nd Bf 109s, but its a start.

Not as space consuming either.

Nice, small and you can dispay the whole collection on about half a shelf.

That is true. But there is something about the big ones that make me say WOW!!! My dad recently got an Old Crow 1/32 Corgi Mustang (a big thanks to forum member Old Crow for his Old Crow) and it's impressive, so much so I'm debating trying to find the silver version, but a lack of space is preventing that (the space is reserved for Red 1 and Franz Gotz's ride).

No joke about the Corgi 1/32nd models, they do have some Wow Factor to them.

Is Corgi officially done with the 1/32 birds? I sure hope not.
