| Re: New Corgi-USA contact information I took a look at the Corgi USA site and it gave the following as their address information. Wonder if this is their new address. Corgi International 201N. Civic Drive, Suite 239 Walnut Creek, CA 94596 Telephone: 925 588 8843 | |||||||||||||

| Re: New Corgi-USA contact information Hey guy, if you call them instead of emailing you will get your answers in seconds. That is what I do. Like I said on the other thread covering this (Free Halifax thread.) if you email a small office, expect delays. The guy working their can take care of your business, or spend all day answering email as to why he hasn't taken care of your business. If you call, you have an answer as soon as he picks up the phone. Took me less then 5 minutes to arrange for a replacement part. I had emailed several days before, hadn't heard anything, found the number and found out it was in the works but they guy manning the office was busy. | |||||||||||||

| Re: New Corgi-USA contact information On the UK website they are still suggesting what Corgi should release next!! Its kind of amusing as Corgi is only about 6 months behind and has told us not to expect anything in the next four. I am thinking it might be time to unload some Corgi planes while there's still some interest in the product. | |||||||||||||

| Re: New Corgi-USA contact information
Yes Dj, we know. But not everyone has the luxury of being able to call during business hours, nor from a company phone. Email is an accepted form of business communication and is offered as such by Corgi. If they cannot manage it then they should remove the option from their web site. I also do not believe their public email inquiries or customer service is being handled by one person (is Corgi-USA a "mom and pop" company now?). If that, in fact, is the case then they are in worse shape than imagined. | ||||||||||||||
