Pilots for your 1/32nd scale planes.

I just noticed these on corgi's website. They're part of the "Forward March" series

Adolph Gysbert Malan

Walter "Nowi" Nowotny

Captain Clarence "Bud" Anderson

  • Oberst Walter Oesau

Re: Pilots for your 1/32nd scale planes.

I had the Bud Anderson one until my son wanted it for his Mustang.
Corgi did a good job on some of their figures.
Now they need Boyington and Preddy
JP

George Preddy was........Just the greatest fighter pilot who ever squinted through a gunsight.
He was a complete fighter pilot......Colonel John C. Meyer Deputy Commander of the 352nd.

If they make the Boyington then they will have to make a Corsair of course. Dream............

Not cheap though guys. I was tempted by the BoB scramble set but it is a little too rich for my pocket.

Re: Pilots for your 1/32nd scale planes.

Anything is better than the figures that the Corgi 1/32's come with. I have grabbed the BOB Scramble set for future display.

Here's a close up of the pilot in my DB Spit. Surely the poor chap got ribbed in the mess by his colleagues if Corgi's depiction is anything to go by?!

I think you must have picked up the MB (Mr Blobby) Spitfire by mistake
