| Re: Some Ideas For Corgi's Brain Trust Now here's one for Corgi. Remembering that your primary market is in the UK, and looking at the sales of certain UK aircraft such as Mosquitos, Hunters, and Lightnings, why on earth aren't you revamping production of those rather than releasing the same old P-51D molds in different liveries. There are tons more Mosquito liveries to go, and they would be snapped up if ebay prices are any indication. I'm not talking boring old recon models either, but bomber and fighter units. The same goes for Hunters. Looking at the variety of operators of the Hunter, I am surprised Corgi hasn't decided to make more. They could even do an adversary set of a Indian Hunter with a Pakistani F-86, as the two did fight against one another in 2 wars. The same goes for the EE Lightning, which they at least are coming out with next year. At least a few more could be made, either of the early versions, or of the later camo ones....say a big tail green 92 squadron RAF Germany in the 70s. I hate to say this, as I have collected Corgis since getting into diecast, but their management doesn't seem to know what it is doing. They really are screwing the pooch. Maybe it is time that we collectors band together into a Diecast consumer union and force the higher ups to listen to us. We already are in a sense, with most of our hard earned cash migrating Hobby Master's way as they are a company willing to actually listen to collectors, rather than force products down our collective throats.
