Hopefully, we will . If not, the first three Halifaxes are going to make original Corgi Lancasters look easy to come by in comparison .

That's true, if Corgi are going down the tubes there will be a run on the models we can get.
2008, looked like being a banner year for them as well.

If Corgi tanked, you could seriously expect your collection's value to start climbing over the years. Mind you, you may have to wait until you are 90 to reap the rewards(!!!)

The Dinky Toy CPA Bristol Britannia (998) I wanted as a kid was about $2.25 (CDN) in 1961-2. About 6 years ago I finally got a minty-mint one (in box) from a dealer in the UK and it set me back the better part of $700. And the Britannia was not a highly desired aircraft compared to others in the range.

More likely than not...late Christmas if Corgi could get it's act together!

Unfortunately the problem with that i that most of these Dinky's, etc from our youth were destroyed by grubby mits playing with them, so therefore there are very few left in good condition. That's not really the case with our stuff, as the vast majority is safe and sound with all packaging.

Ooops!
