Re: Help: Anton Hackl or Gerhard Barkhorn?

Hello FlyXwire,
Red 6 is a very good scheme and I would not hesitate to recommend that you jump in and buy one.

The darker scheme on this 109 does make it look a little more "sinister" than the other 109s, its very easy to imagine it lurking in the night skies over Germany.

Fly, this is a superb model as are all of the Corgi 109s in 1/32.

Jim, thanks again for the recommend of Red 6... I will think about it and probably get it later when the right price presents itself for one.

Re: Help: Anton Hackl or Gerhard Barkhorn?

Looks good to me Jim....Nice pictures......Are you running out of room yet with these 1:32 around ?
JP

He He , you could say the situation is critical !!!

I am working on a cunning plan to increase the amount of display space by changing my smaller cabinet for a larger one (about twice as large).
So I will still have the same amount of cabinets as before, (then 6 months down the line the smaller cabinet will reappear as if by magic).

Hmm, I am doubtful Lorraine will allow me to get away with this but its my only option.
I may be able to help ease the process by doing some of those chores she has listed, you know the kind of thing, clean the windows outside and sweep the yard etc.

Its all good fun.

God Bless America.

Red 6 sold for the lowest price of all the 109s on ebay, I think I paid around £20 ($40) for mine.

I thought I could live with only Ehrle, which I got as a Christmas present from my wife, now I must get them ALL!!!!!!!!!! Still trying to figure out where I'm going to display them.

Does anyone have Goetz's 109? I haven't seen or heard anyone talk about it and would like to eventually get it so it can go with his Fw 190 D13. If anyone has both, please post some pics of them together!!!
