Not sure if all have heard, just received my latest Collector Club newsletter announcing 2008 collector club piece.........latest in the Captured Eagle line, number III, a captured Hawker Hurricane in German livery. Should be a nice piece....enough to get me to renew my membership and shell out the big bucks for the collector piece anyways. Sucker born every minute as they say.

I thought the piece was a captured Typhoon??

Once again, the inimatible hworth is right. Hawker Typhoon 1a T9 + GK, 2./Versuchsverband OKL, Koningsberg/Neumark as flying in July 1944. The upper surface will be grey green an dthe underside will be yellow. That'lll teach me to go from memory instead of asking my wife where she put my Flight Recorder.
