Well sometimes dreams come true.

True enough FBW after all it seems my dream for a 1:72 TSR2 from Corgi will become reality so I must hold on to my dream for a 1:32 Fw190a

Re: With HM's pending release of their 1/32 scale SBD.....

Due to the rising cost of 1:32 tanks and planes, the cost of shipping them and the lack of space in my apartment I don't think I'll be buying planes bigger than 1:72 for a while. Plus you've gotta consider how much harder it would be to a) mix in a MUCH larger plane with other 1:72 planes and/or b) to hide the box from the boss

Re: With HM's pending release of their 1/32 scale SBD.....

.... And the Mustang, Spit, and 109 has been done to near death in all scales by just about everybody so the SBD is relatively "untapped" in comparision.

Ain't been done to "near death".............

It's gone WAAAAAYYYYYYY beyond !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My only 1/32 Me.109 is boxed, but I got it out yesterday & was DEEPLY-Impressed.........(salivating !)

The Gerhard Barkhorn 'Chevron' (which I STILL think is the best one)

& that was AFTER I was gazing at my one & only 1/32 Spitfire ('Grumpy'-Unwin)

That's nice, but the Barkhorn '109 Impressed me, even more (suprise,as Grumpy's more 'sought-after')¬!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But, my TWO Mosquito's are THE BEST = I LOVE 'em !!!

!!!!!!!! (Night-Bomber & Moncton Express)

I WILL get the 'Recon-Blue' one in time - that, plus the H.M. SBD.

Like Pappy says, the SBD ain't been 'done to death' = plus it's more 'manageable' than a Mosquito

I'd have prefered a Grumman Avenger, though..........

I have three 1/32 Corgi Hurricanes and one Mustang.I like the looks of the SBD good enough to getting me one.
