Nice pics, they may have changed my mind. How easy would it be to pop open the gear doors and use anothers landing gear?

Tell me, JP, Is the Warbirds version of the P-38 any different from the AA version, other than the lack of up or down landing gear? Looks the same in the pic.

They both look pretty much the same...
I would think if you had a extra AA P-38 around you can use the gear and pilot from that one for the Pudgy.

Thanks for the reply, JP. As I display aircraft flying and sitting, I really don't mind some aircraft with undercarriage permanently up. A pilot would be nice, however, so thanks for the suggestion.

Your welcome Capt...Now let hope Corgi puts out a Putt Putt Maru P-38 in the AA series....
