Heavy Metal!

As stated in another thread, Pete's has listed the 2008 Corgi lineup. Unless my eyes deceive me, I see a 1/72 B-52! Talk about heavy metal!! That is gonna be one big bird!

Re: Heavy Metal!

If that is true, that is going to be a big bird. One that I would get. This also means that a 1/72 B-36 wouldn't be completely out of the question.

I can take umbrage, I can take the cake, I can take the A-Train, I can take two and call me in the morning, but I cannot take this sitting down. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to take five.

Re: Heavy Metal!

Well, it looks as if the Mule has it listed as a 1/144th release.

Re: Heavy Metal!

At the price stated ,the same as the B24 above it ,no way and the pic looks like 144th,typo I would say.B52 would cost £200 -$400

Re: Heavy Metal!

Lat week I told Pete that he had listed 2 new models as 1/72 at $ 24.99; he promptly corrected the Corgi B-17 and Halfax to 1/144.............
Check the price; could be 1/44 in disguise.

...considering, you would put it anywhere it wants to go...

My dream has always been a 1/72 B-36. However, it is one of two models I would buy in 1/144. The other is the Russian M-4 Bison...the M-4 may have been a failure, but it was a good looking failure!
