Thumbs up Re: Hey Corgi.. How 'bout this one..

I'd throw in the B-58 Hustler with these choices. The drawback would be one scheme, natural metal.

I'd just be happy with ANY scheme! Polished preferred, please.

Re: Hey Corgi.. How 'bout this one..

The TSR2 is the aircraft I desire above all others in 1:72 scale & apart from a Duxford or Cosford anti flash version

I would accept a couple of "what if" schemes which for me would be 617 squadron & a Raspberry Ripple A&AEE version.

Yeah Nim', = problem is (though) would ANYONE-ELSE ?????????

Which would explain WHY it would most prob' "bomb" - sales wise.

no manufacturing-"company" would commit..........

You could DOUBLE that (choice) in an instant, if you include the TB.58 Hustler........

healthy quantities of Dayglo-Orange/White & Black thrown in, for good measure........

Vastly different from the plain-silver bird........

I'd LOVE to see a (really-Good) B.58-Hustler made available !!!!!!!!!!!

Pure fantasy on my part Hornchurch though apparently a 1:72 Corgi pre pro Cosford TSR2 has been spotted at the Nuremburg toy fair (DAF)

There is no question that would make for one stunning model -- either 1:144 OR 1:72 as far as I am concerned.

And that would be the trick of it, yes? Someone would really have to capture the elegant and refined lines of that aircraft to make it a screaming success. Regardless of colour scheme, if that were to happen, I know a few people who would be VERY interested in that model -- including myself! Of course, a few delta-winged cold-war fighters would be a super addition!

I'm thinking the B-58 in the NMUSAF would be a good candidate for a chrome edition...
