Corgi AA 37901 SPAD XIII, Biddle

ehattons web-site has posted production pictures of the first SPAD. The pictures look promising. Unlike the pre-pro pictures, the hub is painted on this one... so the prop doesn't look as toy-like as the first two SE5a releases. This was a pleasant surprise for me. The finish job and camo paint job sure looks sharp! Flying Tigers also lists the model in stock, but has not yet posted a production picture.

It does look good. I might get that one. The guynemer is the one I must have.

This beauty just flew in today. I'm very impressed despite the rigging and top wing gap. They're not as well executed as the 1/72 aircraft I feel. As soon as I get a minute I'll post some snaps.
