Corgi Tuskegee P-51B - CANCELLED
Just found out from The Flying Mule that Corgi has cancelled their Tuskegee P-51B - "Ina the Macon Belle" flown by Lee Archer.

(Man. I wanted that paint scheme.........Gemini Aces?????? please?)

A Gemini Aces version would be awesome-- especially if they made it with a bare metal or chrome finish.

Glad I got the EI one then! That and the GMP D model and I'm fixed for Tuskegee birds.




I would like a nice T-bolt though...

Glad I got the EI one then! That and the GMP D model and I'm fixed for Tuskegee birds...

Parsig9, the Corgi 1/32nd Tuskegee is also good, even better if you could have it for a steal, imho!

Do those working ones come right off the stands and sit on their gear like normal? Never seen one...

I've seen this one on the web but never for less than $125 shipped. Too high!

Unfortunately, that is it's weakest point - the undercart ain't strong enough for the model to be supported by it!

I am guessing you do not collect 1:48?

I cannot praise EI's Ina enough. It is one of the finest models in my collection.

Too bad for the Tuskegee Airmen, but that model plain sucks. Gemini would be the better option in 1/72nd scale.
